After more than 80 years of service as the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund (RCNBF), the organization has embraced a new identity: Fondation Navalis Foundation.

While our name and look have evolved to reflect the changing needs of Canada’s naval community, our mission remains unchanged. From supporting sailors in times of need to recognizing leadership through the Navalis Leadership Award, our dedication to those who serve at sea and beyond continues.

Our objective is to enhance the quality of life for Canadian naval personnel, veterans, and their families by offering responsive support, fostering leadership, and nurturing a strong naval community.
